Found live termites? Do not spray them and do not break open the leads. Disturbing them sends the colony somewhere else in the house. Ring first, and we will set up a treatment that takes out the colony, not just the ones you can see.

Baiting or a chemical barrier?
It depends on the house, the slab and whether there is live activity. Often it is both. We will explain the trade off on site.
Is there a warranty?
Barrier and baiting systems come with conditions and a warranty period that depend on the product. You get them in writing with the quote.
